How do I place an order?

How long will it take for you to complete my order?

Every job is different. Jobs in our product page depends on the volume for 100-300pcs 1-3days

300-500 2-4days

500-1000pcs. 3-7days.

Some jobs can be produced within a day only while some may take several days to complete. Let us know when you need your job completed and we'll let you know if it can be done.

What is the best file format for printing?

We accept just about any type of file, mac or pc. Preferred formats are - PDF files, Adobe Creative Suite 6.0 or older (includes InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office and Publisher (we accept these native files but prefer PDF if possible). Please package or collect your files, fonts, images, etc. Make sure to include 1/8” bleed.

we recommend a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

What kind of paper will my job be printed on?

Paper options are specified on each product estimate page. These papers have been selected for their appropriateness to each product. In general, however, our products are printed on the following papers:

  • 135-150gsm gloss 
    For brochures, catalog, flyers, etc.
  • 250gsm gloss 
    For business card, postcard, invitation, hang tags, etc
  • 80-100gsm  Book
    For stationery letterhead and envelopes.
  •  300gsm coated
    For folders and posters.

if your project needs a special paper, we can handle it as a custom project.

Do you do die-cutting and laminate?

Yes, but we handle items like this as custom projects. We can also help you with projects requiring different folding techniques, finishing options (such as hole punch), Die-cutting,gloss laminate,matte finish and more.

How do I pay for the services?

You may pay through bank deposit with Metrobank or BDO.

We will also accept online direct bank transfers with BPI or BDO.

Whats your payment terms?

50% deposit and 50% upon pick-up or delivery.

for delivery via Xend.com.ph payment must be paid in full plus delivery fee.

for pick up via GrabBike.com payment must be paid in full before pick up.
